One of my favorite recipes: Black Bean, Sweet Potato & Corn Chili - yum!!

Here's an idea: Stock up on some cans of Black Beans so you're set to go when you want to eat this terrific dish! And, here is a photo of mine. Note: I serve it with a dollop of fat free sour cream and a sprinkling of fresh (or dried) cilantro.

Signs of Spring

Speaking of feeding the birds: I took this photo just a couple of days ago of a Robin 'cleaning up the leftovers' while sitting on a branch of a Mountain Ash Tree which is still offering some berries from last fall.
