Oh, 'one more time' !!

Back to the recipe for the green bean bundles: I substituted yellow bell peppers for the red ones - the rest of my previous posts are correct. And, I ended up using granulated garlic instead of the chopped, raw, garlic. Everyone in this neck of the woods is a garlic lover so this worked better for me. And, I added a pinch of dried rosemary to the melted butter also. And, here is another link to the magazine so you can obtain the recipe: My best, Pam

A better link to Eating Well Magazine

The original recipe for my Green Bean Bundles can be found in the search box of the magazine. You can go their directly from here: Then, I substituted green bell peppers for the red and I soaked the 'scallion/ribbons' in beet juice to create the 'pink' color. If you want to talk more about it, please contact me. My best, Pam

My Easter version of the Green Bean Bundles

Green Bean Bundles - Easter Version
Please visit Green Bean Bundles in the Eating Well Magazine for the recipe.  I changed things up a bit by substituting yellow green beans for red and soaked the scallion 'ribbons' in beet juice to create the pink.
