Here it is again...one of my favorite recipes: Black Bean, Sweet Potato and Corn Chili - Yum!
This recipe can be found in Eating Well Magazine as Sweet Potato and Black Bean Chili. I just add some frozen roasted corn from Trader Joe's plus, as you can see, a dollop of sour cream (I use fat free by Naturally Yours).
It's good enough to serve to company together with a tossed green salad and some crunchy french bread.
